Refund policy

We strive to ensure every Cfisticated piece meets your expectations. Our return policy is outlined below and tailored to each of our product categories. Please read carefully before making your purchase.


1. Dress Rentals

  • No returns or refunds are permitted once a dress has been rented and paid for online or in store.
  • For customers unable to attend an in-store fitting, we offer the option to ship the dress for fitting purposes. In this case:
    • The rental fee will act as a deposit.
    • If the customer decides not to proceed with the rental, the dress must be returned within 1 working day of receiving it.
    • Upon return, the deposit will be refunded, less any shipping fees.
  • Dresses returned late or in worn/damaged condition may be subject to deductions or loss of deposit.

2. Custom Orders

  • No returns or refunds are accepted on custom orders.
  • Each custom garment is made specifically to the customer’s submitted measurements.
  • If Cfisticated can verify that the garment was made according to the exact measurements provided, no return or refund will be granted. Unless Cfisticated took the measurements or the measurements were not according to what was submitted.

3. Ready-to-Wear Collection

  • Items from our ready-to-wear collection may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • In original condition
    • With all tags attached
  • Once approved, a full refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and are encouraged to use a trackable courier service. The returned item must be delivered to our physical location, no locker or pick ups.
