Shipping policy

1. Dress Rentals

  • The below is only applicable if it’s not possible to pick up or return the item to our physical location.
  • All rental items will be shipped to the customer upon confirmation of the rental order.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both delivery and return).
  • Rental items must be returned within 5 working days of receiving the item, unless a different return arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
  • Late returns may incur a penalty fee or additional rental charges.
  • We recommend using The Courier Guy or Aramex for return shipping and retaining proof of shipment until the return is confirmed. Unfortunately no locker or store pick up’s, the returned item must be delivered to our physical location.

2. Custom Orders

  • The below is only applicable if it’s not possible to pick up or return the item at our physical location.
  • Shipping costs for all custom-made garments are the responsibility of the customer and will be added at checkout or invoiced separately where applicable.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your custom piece has been dispatched.
  • Cfisticated is not liable for any shipping delays once the parcel is in the hands of the courier.

3. Ready-to-Wear Collection

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees at checkout.
  • If you wish to return an item, the return shipping cost will also be borne by the customer.
  • Returns must be initiated within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy and returned in original, unworn condition.
  • We advise using a trackable courier service, such as Courier Guy or Aramex and keeping proof of postage. Unfortunately no locker or store pick up’s, the returned item must be delivered to our physical location.

Additional Notes:

  • All orders are shipped from our South African studio/warehouse. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location.
  • Cfisticated is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international shipments.
